Day 2 of the Residential Group Establishment Anniversary Trip

Following our previous report on Day 1 of the anniversary trip, we are pleased to share stories from Day 2.

On this day, the different tour programs were arranged that our employees could freely pick to join their preferred tour consisting of Bangkok City Tour, Ayutthaya Tour, Wat Saman Rattanaram & Wat Paknam Tour, a Maeklong Market & Floating Market Tour, and Golf Tour.

During the temple tours, participants were captivated by the dazzling and ornate decorations so different from those in Japan.
In Ayutthaya, standing in front of the magnificent historical remains of an era that flourished for nearly 400 years felt like stepping back in time, offering a moment to truly sense the passage of history.
In addition, participants gained an elephant riding experience, and the day left us with their deeply impressed memories of Thailand.

During the tour to Wat Saman Rattanaram and Wat Paknam, we were greeted by scenery far more vivid than we had seen in photos, so breathtakingly beautiful that it made us pause, smartphones in hand.

Furthermore, we experienced an energy that was hard to believe for so early in the morning at Maeklong Market.
It became one scene of this tour highlights as the shops along the railway quickly folded back their own awnings right before our eyes when the train approached.

They had the opportunity to interact with colleagues that they did not know well, which helped create new connections within each tour group. It was clear that our internal correlation had grown even stronger.

After each tour, our evening social gathering was held, although reluctant to say goodbye, everyone headed home carrying cherished memories with them.

The opportunity for employees working across Japan on a daily basis was precious, from crossing borders to communicating even further with members of the Thailand branch

Not only were they usually able to meet in person online, but they also had the opportunity to speak face to face with colleagues who had never met before. By three days strongly reminded us of Residential Real Estate Group’s unique culture, one that raised connections beyond branches and departments.

Going forward, our Residential Group will continue to value communication among employees as we strive for further growth and development.
