Day 1 of the Establishment Anniversary Trip

During February 2(Mon.) – 4(Wed.), 2026, we held the Residential Real Estate Establishment Anniversary Trip in Bangkok, Thailand.

Firstly, we would like to share highlights from Day 1 of the trip.

Approximately 300 employees from 30 branches in Japan and members of Residential Group gathered in Thailand for this special occasion.
It was a valuable opportunity for employees, who usually work in their respective regions, to come together in one place and share the same purpose at the same time.

On the first day, all participants boarded a river cruise together and enjoyed a dinner.
After the cheer speech finished, suddenly fireworks were launched as a surprise! 🎆
Many employees looked up together, sharing this special moment with smiles.

In this way, our anniversary trip opening began in a true memory of them.

The meals and conversations enjoyed on ship created a deep impression moment that was perfectly fitting for the beginning of this trip on cruise.
During the cruise, we had many opportunities to interact with co-employees from different places to deepen our relationships.
Through face-to-face communication, we were once again reminded of Residential’s corporate culture, which places great importance on people.

With smiles all around, we wrapped up the first day of our anniversary trip.
