What do I have to do to sell my condominium?
Please provide information and photos of the condominium you wish to sell.
Based on these details, we will calculate an estimated price.
If you are satisfied with the initial estimate, we may visit the property for an on-site inspection.
How to estimate the sale price of my condominium?
At RESI, the purchase price for resale condominiums is generally assessed at approximately 70%
of the market price. (Purchase prices may vary depending on the project or unit. Not all projects
are purchased at 70%, and in some cases, certain projects or units may not be accepted for purchase.)
Note: “Market price” refers to the actual purchase price and differs from valuations by the Ministry of
Finance or banks.*
What property information do I need?
Condominium Title Deed (A.C.2), along with information and photos of the property to be sold.
What is the dffrence between Buying and Brokerage Services?
In a brokered sale, the property owner or prospective seller enters into a real estate brokerage agreement with a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary.
The agent promotes the sale through various methods, such as posting listings on social media, placing signage, and distributing flyers.
These efforts help accelerate the sales process. The broker or agent receives a commission based on the agreed terms.
In a direct purchase, the prospective seller brings the property directly to a real estate purchase service provider.
Compared to brokerage, where sales may take longer, direct purchase allows the seller to interact directly with the service provider and complete the sale more quickly.
