New Year’s Greetings 2026

We would like to respectfully extend our New Year’s greetings messages.

First of all, we sincerely thank you for your generous support throughout the past year. As enter 2026, we humbly ask for your continued support and cooperation.

Looking back on last year, excepted our successfully sold properties, we also were fortunate to host Thailand real estate inspection tours inviting other companies, and conclude an MOU with the Baseball Association of Thailand. These initiatives provided us with valuable opportunities to introduce RESI International to a wider audience.

In addition, it was a fulfilling year in terms of internal events for further deepening exchanges between Japan and Thailand, during our parent company anniversary ceremony of Residential Real Estate, we had the pleasure of strengthening ties with colleagues from our branches in Japan. We also welcomed members of Sakura Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd. to Thailand, and were honored to have participants from Japan branches join the Bangkok Marathon.

For the year 2026 is the Year of the Horse. Building upon the challenges and experiences accumulated in 2025, we are committed to moving forward with greater strength and steady progress.
