“RESI International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Celebrated 2nd Anniversary”

RESI International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which was established as Residential Real Estate Co., Ltd. celebrated second anniversary on October 2025. We would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported us since that day.

RESI International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established as the first step for overseas expansion of Residential Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Thailand has experienced rapid economic growth compared to other Southeast Asia countries, and not only Japanese companies but also businesses and individuals from around the world have shown interest in Thailand as a target market or relocation destination.

In the first year, the renovation of purchased properties progressed steadily, and we fully engaged in promoting their resale. Especially, we achieve approximately one sale per month in the latter half of the second year and our sales have been consistently growing.

Thailand doesn’t have many categories of agents in the real estate industry, so we have to take the initiative, even though we are in the position of seller. What kind of advertisements can attract buyers and generate interest in our properties? Fundamentally, how can we help customers understand our business in Thailand, where the framework of a purchase-and-resale model is not widespread?

We continue to try new things and move forward every day, never settling for the status quo.

As we celebrate our second anniversary, we received the message from Managing Director of RESI International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Koeda, sharing reflection on our past achievements and aspirations for the future.

We are pleased to announce that we have reached our second anniversary. First of all, I sincerely thank you to the members who put in daily effort on the ground in Thailand.

We worked persistently and overcame many challenges, such as the differences in language and culture, and gaining understanding of our uncommon purchase-and-resale business framework has become one of our company’s key strengths.

Our growth is stood with partnership between Japan and Thailand. While being locally based, we aim to be a company trusted by the local community and our customers, and we hope to achieve further growth together with all of you.

We sincerely appreciate your ongoing guidance and cooperation.

Leveraging our previous experience, the Thailand branch team will keep striving toward greater growth.
