The thank you letter has been delivered to our employees’ families🌻

Following our parent company was ranked No.1 Japan’s nationwide condominium for 5 consecutive years in “the 2026 Annual Number of Residence Units Bought-Resold Ranking”, we sent a thank you letter to their family who support each of them with our sincere appreciation.

This year’s letter introduced various initiatives, programs, and company events to help employees’ families feel more connected to the company.

In addition, we created a special video for employees’ families for the first time.

The letter includes a message of appreciation from our President, Hiroki Uchida, to employees’ families. It also features CCO Hiroki Makihara and Manager Hisanori Suguro of Tokyo Residential, who share the company’s initiatives and vision.

We believe that the success of each of our employees is made possible by the support of their families.

In the meantime, we will continue our efforts to create initiatives that are meaningful and enjoyable for both our employees and the families who support them.
