We held “Residential Summit 2026”

On July 14, we held the first-ever “Residential Summit 2026”, bringing together managers from across Japan and Thailand. The summit was organized to align our leadership team around the company’s ambitious “Challenge of becoming 100 billion yen corporation”. It provided an opportunity to share our current business status and future vision while reaffirming the important role each manager plays in achieving this challenge.

In the first session, our executives presented this fiscal year’s business performance, the current state of our business, and our future strategies. Together, we shared the company’s direction and discussed the challenges ahead.

The summit also featured a special talk session with Hiroki Makihara, CCO of Tokyo Residential, and Hisanori Suguro, Manager of the team. Under the theme, “Strong Teams Begin with Strong Leaders – Building Organizations and Developing Talent Through Lessons from Professional Baseball,” they shared insights drawn from their experiences as both professional athletes and leaders. The discussion covered topics such as: 

・The mindset shared by top performers
・The qualities of strong leaders
・Managing teams through challenging situations
・Messages for managers

The session provided participants with a valuable opportunity to reflect on their own leadership and management practices.

In the second session, our President, Hiroki Uchida, delivered a presentation titled “The Road to 100 Billion”. He shared the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy while engaging in discussions with managers about the mindset and responsibilities needed to achieve our goal. 

Representatives from each group company also presented their future goals and initiatives. It reaffirmed the Residential Group’s shared commitment to moving forward together with a unified vision.

The inaugural Residential Summit 2026 gathering was more than just an event. It served as an opportunity for our managers to share a common sense of mission and responsibility as leaders of the company’s future, while strengthening their commitment to taking on new challenges together. 

As we work toward our ambitious goal of becoming a 100 billion yen corporation, every leader will continue to take on new challenges, and the Residential Group will strive for even greater growth.
