【Company Event】Held Across 39 Domestic and International Locations!! for the “Residential Group Big & Speed-Eating Relay Challenge 🔥”!!!

On September 14, during the groupwide end of day meeting, we held the “Residential Group Big & Speed-Eating Relay Challenge 🔥” ✨ This event was held during our monthly remote end of day meeting, where employees from across the Residential Group come together. It aimed not only to strengthen connections among employees but also to enhance teamwork across the entire group.

Gathering for a rematch after last year’s “🍔 Burger King Final Match 🍔,” the top challengers from each branch came together to compete once again!

This year’s event featured two exciting competitions: a showdown between block representatives and a branch vs branch relay challenge! 🔥

The first competition was the Block Representatives Showdown! The group was divided into six blocks, with one representative from each block competing to finish the following items in the order listed as quickly as possible: 1 Gari-Gari Kun ice pop → 1 Umaibo corn snack →  1 Pon de Ring donut. The winner was the participant who finished all three items in the shortest time! 🍧🍿🍩

From the very beginning, everyone maintained a fast pace, and the excitement at each branch could be felt even through the screen! Some participants showed signs of struggling along the way, while others powered through to the finish with smiles on their faces. Each participant brought their own personality and style to the competition, making for an entertaining showdown.

By introducing a relay format this year, more employees were able to participate, and even those who weren’t particularly good at eating large amounts could contribute through speed eating. This made the competition a fresh and exciting experience compared to last year!

Each branch came together to prepare water and cheer on the participants, creating an atmosphere full of excitement! The event wrapped up successfully with a countdown during the final 10 seconds!

As a result, the majority of our branches successfully met their targets and won themselves a well-deserved lunch boxes! 

Held during our end of day meetings, this event was filled with laughter and cheers, creating a wonderful opportunity for employees to connect and enjoy interacting with one another!
