Residential Real Estate Co., Ltd., our parent company, was ranked No.1 Japan’s nationwide condominium for 5 consecutive years in “the 2026 Annual Number of Residence Units Bought-Resold Ranking”*, published by The Japan Journal of Remodeling on July 27, 2026.

*What is “Number of Residence Units Bought-Resold Ranking” ?
The Annual Bought-Resale Ranking has been compiled and published by The Japan of Remodeling since 2014.
In the overall ranking, which includes both condominiums and detached houses, we resold 2,422 units, a 15% increase from the previous year, achieving No. 2 Japan’s nationwide.
In addition to the ranking announcement, We was also featured in an advertisement in the same issue of them. The advertisement highlights our corporate vision and our commitment to achieving our next major milestone to becoming a 100 billion Yen corporation.
Being ranked No. 1 Japan’ nationwide in the condominium type for 5 consecutive years is a great honor for us. This achievement reminds us to continue working sincerely with our customers and business partners every day.
