“Residential Group After 5” holding!

On May 18, 2026, Residential Group held the “Residential Group After 5” networking event, designed to strengthen communication and foster connections among employees across the group. 🍻

This event was held during our monthly company remote closing meeting, with branches across the country connected online to participate together.

As a “special closing meeting”, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Makihara, CCO of Tokyo Residential, who also served as the event host. 🎤Thanks to Mr. Makihara’s bright and energetic facilitation, the event was filled with smiles and a warm atmosphere from start to finish, making it a truly unique and memorable closing meeting. ✨

In addition, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Atsushi, Fujisaki Chestnut Brand Strategy Officer of  Agriculture Policy Division, Industrial and Economic Department, Kasama City,  who joined remotely to introduce the city and share its unique attractions. This provided participants with a valuable opportunity to learn more about the region and experience its local charm.

This presentation was conducted as part of “Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel Program”, an initiative carried out through collaboration between our parent company and Kasama City. It also served as a meaningful opportunity to reaffirm our connection with the local community.

The social gathering officially began with a toast led by Mr. Makihara, CCO of Tokyo Residential, as employees across all branches raised their glasses together. 🍻

While enjoying the food and drinks prepared at each location, participants had the opportunity to connect and interact with one another. The event also highlighted the unique character of each branch, creating a lively atmosphere filled with smiles and laughter across the country. 😆
