The Continuous Employee Dispatch to Kasama City Under the Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel Program in FY2026!

As part of the partnership agreement between Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and our parent company, we have participated in “the Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel Program” since fiscal year 2025 through the dispatch of our employees. We are pleased to announce that this employee dispatch program has been renewed and will continue through fiscal year 2026.

“The Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel Program”, promoted by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, is an initiative designed to support regional revitalization by dispatching employees from companies located in major metropolitan areas to local governments for a certain period of time. Through this program, dispatched employees utilize their expertise, knowledge, and professional experience to engage in activities that enhance the unique appeal and value of local communities, contributing to their sustainable growth and development.

Since April 2025, our parent company has participated in this program and has undertaken various initiatives in Kasama City focused on promoting vacant house measures and revitalizing the local economy through the effective utilization of vacant properties. 

In 2025, we carried out a variety of initiatives aimed at introducing the attractions of Kasama City to a wider audience. These included organizing a “Kasama City Bus Tour” for employees and promoting community engagement through local resources, such as delivering sweets made with “Kasama Chestnuts” which is a specialty product of the city to employees’ families. 

In addition, leveraging the expertise we have developed through our pre-owned residence revitalization business, we have been promoting a Vacant House Sublease Program. Under this initiative, vacant homes that have become difficult to manage are renovated and provided as spaces for artists seeking to relocate and pursue their creative activities.

Entering the second year of the program in 2026, we will continue our efforts to promote vacant house measures and the effective utilization of vacant properties. In addition, we will expand our activities into initiatives related to chestnuts, one of Kasama City’s signature local products.

Building on the knowledge and experience gained through our pre-owned residence revitalization business and regional revitalization initiatives, we will further strengthen our partnership with Kasama City and remain committed to contributing to the community’s sustainable development and future growth.
